The experience acquired by TE.CO.MA technical staff into different fields of the industry during last 25 years concerning the Spray-dryers application, through studies, supply and commissioning of different type of spray dryers, having various atomising devices like spinning wheels (Rotary atomisers), double fluid and pressure nozzles in co current or counter current spray-dryers has greatly influenced the decision to develop a new efficient, compact and economical machine capable of replacing the existing extremely expensive, inefficient and bulky spray-dryers.

Therefore, after months of research, in September 1996, TE.CO.MA. presented the first prototype, duly patented.


The first machine was installed in a company producing "ceramic pigments".

The astonishing results obtained in terms of quality were the main reason why other two machine were installed few months later into the same company.

A great number of tests, carried-out on a laboratory machine on inorganic and organic products, have clearly demonstrated the versatility of this new technologically superior product.
